Usually we will ship by China Post,it takes 2-3 days to Hongkong,2-3 weeks to the other countries. Sometimes China Post will delay packages to 30-40 days arrival, especially for European countries, if you are very urgent, we suggest you pay extra $15 to get a Fedex Express service which will arrive you in 3-7 days after shipping. For orders more than $150, we can update the shipping to be Fedex Express automatically without any extra cost.
Refunds
We will make sure the quality is good, but if something broken in the transportation, we will be responsible. Please feel free to talk with us in two days after receipt of our products.If the package lost in the transportation, we will also give you full refund, but please kindly understand and do not ask refund in 40 days after shipping, since sometimes China Post is very slow and only can deliver in 40 days. We will only give the refund immediately after 40 days when the items still did not arrive.
